Photo Day will be held Sunday May 5, 2024 between 8am and 11:30am at Memorial South Park near 41st and Windsor (by the duck pond).

It will be held RAIN or SHINE. Assigned times for each team will be communicated to you. Team parents, please communicate your team’s specific time as soon as possible.

Every player needs to fill out a photo form prior to arriving even if not purchasing any photos since everyone will receive a free “Memory Mate”.  Arrive at least 10 minutes before your assigned time and give yourself plenty of time to find parking. Have your photo forms filled out in advance to help avoid delays.

Please bring your own glove or bat as the photographer will not be providing any props to avoid sharing of equipment. Teams are asked leave the photo area immediately after their shoot is done to avoid overcrowding of the area.

South Vancouver Little League’s Hit-A-Thon fundraiser will take place after team photos on Photo Day (Sunday May 5).

All players in the league get 3 hits at the Hit-A-Thon. For every $20 raised by 6pm on May 4, players earn an extra hit to a maximum of 10.

All hits are off a tee. Younger players hit a tennis ball, older players hit a baseball.

Prizes

Players that raise money can win prizes:

• PlayStation 5 drawn from the top fundraiser from each division
• Canadians tickets for the top fundraiser from each division
• Pizza party for the overall top fundraising team
• $100 gift card for longest hit for each boy and girl in Minors, Majors, and Intermediates
• $50 gift card for longest hit for each boy and girl in BlastBall, T-Ball, and Rookies
• SVLL satin jacket for players that raise $500 or more
• SVLL navy or white hoodie for players that raise $300 to $499
• SVLL tee shirt for players that raise $150 to $299

Donations will be open to June 14 for top player and team fundraising.

• Contributions are not eligible as a charitable donation for tax purposes.
