SVLL Closing Day 2023

Closing Ceremonies will be held on Sunday June 18th (Father’s Day) rain or shine at 1:00pm to mark the official end of the 2023 spring season and attended by all teams from BlastBall to Juniors. Please meet your team near the left field entrance to the main diamond (41st & Ross) by 12:45pm. There will be no hot dogs provided but lots of awards will be handed out!

Immediately following closing ceremonies are the Coaches Base Race (all T-Ball & Rookies head coaches please be ready to run or delegate your spot to an assistant), and a Coaches Game (play-by-play offered by players) at the main diamond.

All league owned uniforms and equipment need to be returned to your team by closing day ceremonies (players will not be in uniform at closing ceremony). Please wash jerseys and return to your team parent. Players can keep their hats, belts, and socks (T-Ball & BlastBall players can keep their Timbits jerseys). Teams will be asked to return uniform bins and equipment to the storage locker the following week (details to be emailed). Uniform deposits will be returned upon receiving returned uniforms for the entire team so please kindly ensure you do your part by June 18th and return to your team regardless of your availability on this day.

We greatly appreciate your help and cooperation and look forward to seeing everyone there!
