District 6 has entered both the 13U AA and AAA Baseball BC Provincial tournaments. If players are interested or have questions, they can contact Serj directly at serj@shaw.ca.

Player Eligibility

Must have played for one of the Little Leagues in District 6 during the 2019 season – Hastings, New Westminster, Richmond, Trout Lake, or South Vancouver.

Must be 13 years or younger by December 31, 2019 (cannot turn 14 in 2019).

Assessments

  • Sunday, July 14  6pm at Richmond Little League: King George Park (Cambie & No. 5, Richmond)
  • Monday, July 15 6 pm at Richmond Little League: King George Park (Cambie & No. 5, Richmond)
  • Tuesday, July 16 6 pm tentative at Richmond Little League: King George Park (Cambie & No. 5, Richmond)

Fees

Once player has been selected onto a provincial team, the fee is $125. The fee includes a tournament souvenir t-shirt (if provided by the host). Players must provide their own pants, socks and belts (colour TBA). Hats and playing equipment will be provided.

Baseball BC Tournaments

13U AA

  • Provincial is in Chilliwack from August 8 to 11
  • Provincial winner qualifies for Westerns August 16-18 in Strathmore, AB

13U AAA

  • Provincial is in Burnaby from August 8 to 11
  • Provincial winner qualifies for Nationals August 22 to 25 in Repentigny, QC
  • Provincial runner-up qualifies for Westerns August 15 to 18 in Cloverdale, BC
